Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing e-mail management tool, which will grant you complete command over your email accounts and e-mail campaigns. With this user-friendly interface, you can create a brand new email box in an instant and manage its settings with ease. What's more, you can redirect e-mails from one mailbox to another, finetune e-mail filters, create auto-reply messages and defend your email mailboxes against junk mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can protect all your electronic mail accounts against junk electronic mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unwelcome mail messages will find their way into your e-mail box. Your electronic mails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether a mail message marked as spam should be erased or forwarded to a particular e-mail account.
Email Filters
Email filters are perfect for filtering your incoming e-mails on the basis of specific criteria set by you. Creating e-mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will take effect immediately. You can easily create an e-mail filter for any of your electronic mail accounts and select the filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming mails from one electronic mail account to another, or even to a number of other mailboxes. Simply select the e-mail account you want to forward emails from, then specify the target mailbox and select if you wish to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can quickly set up the mail client of your choice to access your e-mailboxes. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail account you want to set up on your desktop computer or handheld device and click on the e-mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new e-mail account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager user interface, managing multiple email box accounts simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also allow you to easily create an auto-reply message - enter the message you want people to notice and our system will take care of everything else.
